Scale of Commissions and Fees
Sales commission :
3 % of the sale price + 17 % VAT, currently in force, payable by the seller
Commission for a property search mandate - Sales / Rental :
3 % of the sale price + 17 % VAT, currently in force, payable by the applicant
1 month's rent + 17 % VAT, currently in force charged to the applicant
Cessation of a business :
5 % of the sale price up to €250,000 + 17 % VAT, currently in force
4 % of the sale price between €250,000 and €500,000 + 17 % VAT, currently in force
3 % of the sale price above €500,000 + 17 % VAT currently in force
Rental of a property :
1 month's rent + 17 % VAT, currently in force charged to the tenant
Rental of a commercial property :
1 month's rent + 17 % VAT, currently in force charged to the tenant
Valuation of a property :
€7 per m2 + 17 % VAT, currently in force charged to the applicant
⇒ Free of charge in the context of a sale carried out with a mandate
Inventory of a property put up for sale :
€5 per m2 + 17 % VAT, currently in force at the expense of the applicant
Inventory of a property for rent :
25% of the monthly rent + 17 % VAT, currently in force charged to the tenant
Rental management :
5 % of the rent excluding charges + 17 % VAT, currently in force payable by the owner
Personalized service :
Flat rate of €110 + 17 % VAT, currently in force for a personalized property advice service by appointment only, payable by the applicant
Drafting and setting up a Sales Agreement (Private to Private) :
€700 + 17 % VAT, currently in force at the expense of the applicant
Drafting and setting up a Lease Agreement (Private to Private) :
€700 + 17 % VAT, currently in force at the expense of the applicant
